ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
For all forms of abuse. We are committed to providing a safe, healthy, fun and respectful environment. That is free from violence, sexism, racism, homophobia, transphobia, prejudice, harassment, bullying, toxicity and disrespect. Aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated and if our policy is violated we reserve the right to cease communication and work relations and take appropriate actions. Including legal action and full compensation without job completion.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For in studio services.Things come up and you may have to change or cancel an appointment from time to time, however deposits are non refundable. We will happily change or cancel the service for you, we simply ask that you contact us 24 hours prior to your appointment time to make any changes. If the appointment is not cancelled within the 24 hour window, the deposit will not be refunded and can not be used towards a future service.
MISSED APPOINTMENT
If your appointment is missed completely without notifying the studio or your stylist 24 hours ahead of time, the deposit will not be refunded. And service must be paid in full (including PayPal fees or travel costs) *depending on the situation. If a deposit was not made but a credit card was provided in place of one, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the missed service on the credit card. If an appointment was no showed and you'd like to rebook, you will be asked to provide another non refundable deposit of the total service to reserve another appointment.
LATE FEE
If you are late to the appointment, it is not a guarantee that your stylist is able to wait for you as there may have other appointments that need to be attended to. If the stylist is available to wait for you to arrive to the appointment, we will require your consent to pay the standby fee. The standby fee is 50 USD per 30 minutes. This amount will be added to your final bill or we may ask that you pay it via PayPal.
BRIDAL BOOKINGS, EVENTS & PRIVATE SERVICES
Must pay a 50% deposit of total costs of package upfront and Pay the entire remaining balance of booking 30 business days prior to scheduled event. If booked within 30 days of event 100% of the payment must be made at time of confirmation. These services have a no refund policy. If cancelation occurs you will pay total cost of services.
